How long is a typical FishHawk reroof?+
Most production homes are 1–2 days once materials land. Complex custom takes longer. The estimate says which.
Does the FishHawk board control ventilation too?+
They control color and placement. Code still requires soffit-to-ridge. GAF excludes a cooked attic.
Will you deal with the FishHawk architectural board?+
We provide samples, spec sheets, and dumpster placement. You (or we) submit. We do not start without approval if the HOA requires it.
Can I put metal on an FishHawk house?+
If the covenants allow it and the structure wants it. We will not fight a board after we already tore off.
