Yes. We will not copy an inland felt spec onto a Gulf-side eave just to match a neighbor’s price.
Is a regular architectural shingle enough in Holiday?+
Sometimes. Wind rating, starter, and drip edge matter more than the name on the wrapper. If the house is too exposed, we will say metal or a different fastening pattern.
Will insurance pay for a Holiday reroof after a storm?+
If the damage is there. We document with a drone and meet the adjuster. We do not invent hail.
Do you chase storms out of Pasco County?+
