Hurricane season just opened
June 1 started Atlantic hurricane season. This issue is storm protocol: tarp tonight, document tomorrow, work the claim without inventing hail.
What do I do if the roof is open right now?+

Do you work with my insurance company?+
Yes. Drone photos, a written scope, and we meet the adjuster so the claim matches what is actually on the roof. We push for the full coverage your policy pays. We do not invent hail or waive deductibles.
Will you replace a roof that only needs ten tiles reset?+
No. Isolated storm damage gets isolated work. If the underlayment failed on a tile roof, that is a different conversation — and we will say so after we see it.
